Careers
Own an area, not a task list.
If you want a lane inside a large machine, this is the wrong place. If you have been waiting for permission to run something end to end, the roles below are worth reading.
Marketing Manager
Marketing · Remote · EU time zones
Three products, three buyers, one voice behind them. You own how each one is explained: the site copy, the launches, the email, the material a buyer reads before anyone talks to them.
ApplyWhat you would do
- Own positioning and copy for each product, in English first
- Run launches: what ships, what is said about it, and where
- Build the content that carries the products: site pages, email, comparisons
- Report on what actually moved, not on impressions
What we need from you
- English at B2 or better; you will write in it every day
- You have written for a product before, not only about one
- Comfortable with AI tools as part of the work, not as a novelty
- You can work without a marketing department behind you
Go-to-Market Lead
Sales · Remote · EU time zones
Take a product from working to sold. You decide who it is for, how it reaches them, what it costs, and what happens in the first week after someone signs up.
ApplyWhat you would do
- Define the buyer for each product and the route to reach them
- Build and run the outbound motion, then hand over what repeats
- Own pricing and packaging together with the CEO
- Close the first customers yourself before anyone else is hired
What we need from you
- English at B2 or better
- You have sold software to small businesses, not only to enterprises
- Comfortable being the first commercial person on a product
- You keep your own numbers and can show them
Full-stack Engineer
Product · Remote · EU time zones
Work across the portfolio rather than on one screen of one app. Some weeks it is an inbox sync, some weeks the scoring behind a pipeline, some weeks the shared layer under both.
ApplyWhat you would do
- Ship features end to end: data model, API, interface
- Work in TypeScript across React, Astro and Node services
- Keep what is shared between products shared, and the rest separate
- Own what you ship after it is live
What we need from you
- English at B2 or better
- Solid TypeScript and SQL; you can read a schema and argue with it
- You have run something in production and been on the wrong end of it
- Comfortable with AI tooling in the loop, and with reviewing what it writes
How hiring runs
Four steps, and you always know which one you are in.
Same process for every role. We tell you where you stand after each step, including when the answer is no.
Step 01 · 30 min · video
Screening call
Thirty minutes with the person who runs hiring. What you have done, what you want next, how we work, what the money looks like. No trick questions and no panel.
Step 02 · 2 to 4 hours of your time
A task from the real work
A short case study taken from something we actually have to solve. You get several days and we tell you upfront how much time it should take. We do not ask for free work we intend to ship.
Step 03 · 60 min · video
Working session on your task
You walk us through what you did and why, and we argue with it. This is the part that decides most hires, because it is the closest thing to sitting next to you on a normal Tuesday.
Step 04 · 45 min · video or in Warsaw
Final conversation and offer
A talk with the CEO about scope, expectations and the first ninety days. If both sides still want it, the offer comes within two working days.
Whole process usually two to three weeks · we answer every application
How to apply
Write to career@creathink.onewith the role in the subject line. Send whatever shows the work: a link, a repository, a campaign, a deck, a number you are proud of. A cover letter written by a language model tells us nothing we could not get ourselves.
Nothing above fits you?
Write anyway. We are a young company and the shape of the team is still changing, so a good person usually creates the role rather than filling one. Tell us what you would own and what you have already run.
