Our team.
Fifteen people work on Creathink One products, spread across three countries and several time zones. Remote by default, English all day, and we get in a room when there is a reason to. The photograph below is one of those days.

Around the core
Everyone else works on one product at a time.
Engineering, design and go-to-market sit with the product they are shipping, not in a shared pool that gets reassigned every quarter. It keeps the feedback loop short: the person who wrote the feature is the person who hears about it. The core team exists to keep those three groups pointed at the same buyer.
