Who is responsible
Creathink One, Warsaw, Poland, is the controller of any personal data processed through this website. Write to hello@creathink.one with anything on this page.

What this site collects
Nothing. There is no account, no newsletter signup, no cookies and no analytics on creathink.one. The contact form has no server behind it: it composes a message and hands it to your own mail client, so what you type never reaches us until you press send in your mail app.

Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard access logs, including IP address, time of request, the page requested and the user agent. They exist to keep the server running and secure, are kept for a short period, and are not used to build any profile of you.

If you write to us
We process the address you write from and whatever you put in the message, for as long as it takes to deal with the matter and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to any mailing list because you wrote to us.

If you apply for a role
Applications sent to us are processed for the purpose of that recruitment. We keep them for the length of the process and delete them afterwards, unless you tell us in writing that we may keep them for future openings.

Fonts and other third parties
This site loads the Poppins typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. We embed nothing else: no trackers, no pixels, no chat widget.

The products are separate
CRM Watch, propoSEND and anymail each have their own privacy policy covering the data they handle. This page covers this website only.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. Write to us and we will deal with it. You also have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
